What’s it going to cost me to have you guys come out?

We charge a flat $97 diagnostic fee. Once we’re at your home, we’ll run through our 64-inspection and identify the issues. If you choose to move forward with repairs, we’ll apply the $97 toward the repair cost.

What will it cost to repair my A/C unit?Repair costs depend on the issue. For example, it could be as simple as cleaning a drain line, or as involved as replacing a compressor. We’ll also check if your system is still under warranty to reduce your expense.

How soon can you get here?

We usually offer same-day service. During peak times—like hot summer days when many systems fail—it may take longer, but we work hard to get to you as quickly as possible.

Are your technicians licensed contractors?

Yes. Graham is a license mechanical contractor in the state of Florida, which means we can handle any type of mechanical system, including natural gas furnaces. You don’t need multiple contractors—we can do it all.

How do I know if I should replace my A/C unit or repair it?

According to HVAC.com, most systems last 10-15 years with proper maintenance, with lower life spans closer to the coast. If your unit is breaking down often, struggling to cool, or costing more to run, replacement is likely the smarter choice. New systems are far more efficient and can lower your monthly energy bills.​
