Quinton did an excellent job taking care of our 6 month maintenance. He checked everything thoroughly and he replaced a part. He explained the options of waiting until the part failed totally or taking care of it now so that no further repairs would be needed. He completed this in a timely manner and explained everything he did. He reviewed our bill with us so that we understood the charges. We have been dealing with Graham for many, many years and have purchased everything from a new heat pump to attic insulation. Our favorite serviceman is Dave Ewing, and he is the only one we ask for when we need maintenance. Today, we noticed an unpleasant smell coming through the air duct. I currently have a maintenance contract with Graham Heating & Air. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very polite and friendly. Trevor T. came out to inspect my unit for its six-month checkup and suggested that I purchase a UV light (this has been recommended before by others). We finally decided to go ahead and purchase it, and Trevor came out the very next day to install it. He was very polite and friendly, and I hope he comes back for my routine maintenance checkups in the future.
