AIR CONDITIONING CLEARWATER, ST. PETERSBURG, TAMPA BAY
Air Conditioning Replacement
Shopping for heating and air conditioning Clearwater equipment? Do not choose the lowest price as the sole basis of your decision. Why? Air Conditioning systems are like most other products, you get what you pay for. Lower prices usually mean a lower quality product that will not last as long. Remember manufacturers warranty the parts but not the service fees. The fees can become expensive quickly as poor quality components break down and require service time to replace or repair. Make sure the size of the unit is correct for your home. Don’t be fooled by a contractor offering you a cheaper system which will “do the job” when it’s too small for your home. Once installed the smaller unit will be working harder, running longer, burning more electricity and shortening its useful life. It will not take long to start costing you much more money.
Graham sells Carrier equipment exclusively. Why? Carrier invented Air Conditioning. They have the most experience manufacturing air conditioning equipment. They have the state of the art equipment. They make tough, reliable, durable and long-lasting equipment with superior energy performance.
Below are some tips to help you decide which equipment is best suited to your home.
- How green can you go? Graham AC is dedicated to installing earth-friendly systems, and works with Carrier to make the best systems available to you.
- Look at the SEER rating. At present they range from 13-21. Ask the Graham service technician what they recommend for you.
- Once you choose a system have it installed by a trained technician. A new system, poorly installed will not provide the energy savings specified by the manufacturer and will not last as long as it should.
- Make sure the service provider pulls a permit on the installation. Permits require inspections by the local town or county and protect you from faulty installations. If a contractor does not want to pull a permit, find someone who does.
Graham AC has been installing air conditioning systems for over 30 years. We comply with all the Federal, State and local ordinances for each and every installation. Call us and a service technician will be happy to inspect your present equipment and discuss with you alternatives for replacement of your system.
